Feodor Kamprad (1893–1984) and Berta Linnea Matilda Nilsson (1903–1956) were married at Pjätteryd (now part of lmhult Municipality), Kronobergs län, in Smland, Sweden. His mother was Swedish, while his father was born in Germany and moved to Sweden with his parents when he was one year old.
