They didn’t only capture their small allowance which needs to be fixed.
During the Demo, The NABCO Personnels captured a serious deplorable drainage which has created a big hole in the middle of a busy High streets in Accra. The NABCO Personnels knelt down beside the hole to draw the attention of the Roads Minister and Government to Fix it.

If not fixed, this hole can cause an accident in the future. Aside the big hole which needs to be fixed by the Roads Minister.
The NABCO Personnels also captured Their monthly allowance of GH¢ 700.00 paid by Government as a “joke”.
” Mr politicians, our Honorable members, if you can’t survive on GH¢ 700 , why give it to me for the whole Month? FIX THE COUNTRY”
In all, the angry NABCO Personnels used the occasion to talk about three serious issues. The first been the deplorable road, and the second is about NABCO allowance and finally called for the actualization of Career Pathway Transition Process which they termed it (CPTP) optioned to provide them permanent employment
