according to Fabrizio RomanoBournemouth are now on the cusp of signing West Ham target Marco Senesi.

What’s the story?

Well, it looks as if Scott Parker is about to get one of his old employers.

Romano believes Bournemouth has reached an agreement with the Argentina international regarding personal terms, and is now working on a deal with Feyenoord.

It comes just days after some sources claimed that West Ham had made a £13m bid for the South American.

That obviously had no bearing on Bournemouth’s pursuit of Cineci.

The interest in the 25-year-old comes after he helped Feyenoord reach the UEFA Conference League final last season, making 50 appearances in all competitions, while scoring three goals.

Newcastle also expressed an interest in signing Senese in January, although as far as we know the Magpies have yet to make a move for the Argentine after this summer after completing a deal with Sven Putman.

Marco Senese should choose West Ham over Bournemouth

From our perspective, we have no idea why Cineci would join Bournemouth instead of West Ham – with all due respect to the Cherries.

At the London Stadium, Feyenoord No. 4 will be able to play European football in the UEFA Conference League, while also having a good chance of receiving playing time.

Angelo Ogbona is on his way back to full fitness after a serious injury, while Naif Ajord sustained an injury after moving from Rennes a few weeks ago.

Therefore, Senesi has a chance to become a key player, especially with doubts about Issa Diop’s future.

The Frenchman is a target for Fulham, and the Cottages have agreed personal terms with the central defence.

In the end, if Senese refuses to move to West Ham in favor of a relegation battle with Bournemouth, we will be very surprised.
