American rapper Jayda Youngan was killed in a shooting incident on Wednesday, and his death has saddened the hearts of many fans.
According to NBC News, the rapper was fatally shot in his hometown of Bogaloosa, Louisiana, just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 27.
He gained popularity in 2020 and was known for tracks such as 23 Island, Elimination and Opps, with a collaboration with Yungeen Ace.

JayDaYoungan is dead
Louisiana rapper Jayda Youngan has died after a shooting in his hometown of Bogalusa, according to authorities.
NBC News reported that police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 5:50 p.m. local time in which a victim was hospitalized and another person was injured.
The Bugalusa Police Department said on Facebook that Jay Da Youngan was taken to Our Lady of Angels emergency room where he was pronounced dead.
The rapper has collaborated with a number of other popular artists including Lil Durk, Boosie Badazz, Latto, Moneybagg Yo and Kevin Gates.
Fans send support to Yungeen Ace
JayDaYoungan has also collaborated with the likes of Yungeen Ace on many tracks like Opps, Jungle and Without You.
Many fans have offered their condolences to Yungeen Ace considering their regular collaboration and working relationship.
