Gary Lineker praised Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez afterwards Twitter After watching him score against Fulham at Craven Cottage in the Premier League today.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Everton striker was impressed by Nunez after the Uruguay international scored for Liverpool in the 2-2 draw with Fulham away from home.
The 23-year-old came on as a 51st-minute substitute for Brazilian striker Roberto Firmino.
Nunez, who moved to Liverpool from Benfica in the summer transfer window, scored in the 64th minute.
Lineker was impressed by the presenter of Match of the Day (MOTD).

In our view, Darwin Nunez played well for Liverpool after joining as a substitute and left the effect that manager Jurgen Klopp wanted him to make.
Nunez is number 9 and he did his job perfectly by scoring an important goal.
The striker also played his role in the FA shield against Manchester City after he came as a substitute and participated in two goals scored by Liverpool in that particular match.
It was a disappointing result for Liverpool against Fulham today, but Nunez did well.
