The next chapter of Hoyoverse is very exciting. Not only will three new characters appear including two with the Dendro item, but it will also add a new area to explore named Sumeru.
Everything that impressed the developers looks very exciting and will arrive before the end of August.

When is the release date? Jinshin effect Update 3.0 will be released on August 24th.
Yoimiya’s remodeling banner is the latest for version 2.8 and is due to end on August 23. New chapters always start the day after the previous release’s final announcement, and new episodes always start on a Wednesday.
Of course, there is no version 2.9. Provided there is no unexpected delay in the 3.0 update, we can see a preview of the special on August 12th.
A special Hoyoverse preview will show the gameplay for upcoming events in Sumeru. It will also give us first glimpses of the gameplay of three new heroes.

Three new confirmed banner letters for Jinshin effect Signage schedule update 3.0 are Collei, Tighnari, and Dori.
These three upcoming heroes were revealed on the game’s official Twitter account. Cooley and Tignari boast the Dendro element, while Dory is electric.
Honey Hunter World revealed that Tighnari is the five-star protagonist, while Collei and Dori are only four-star.
According to the often authoritative Lumie (via Tivat tabloid), both Tighnari and Collei will appear as part of Phase One on August 24. This means that Dory will appear in the second phase, but Lomi also suggested that there might be three phases instead of just the usual two.
