GES Recruitment Portal is a portal that allows fresh people who wants to enter into the teaching field. All eligible Ghanaian teachers who pass the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) and seek to join the Ghana Education Service can access the GES portal.

The Ghana Education Service has opened their recruitment portal for newly trained teachers to apply. Applicants who completed college and university are eligible to work under GES can apply.

GES Recruitment Requirements For Newly Trained Teachers

The Ghana Education Service (GES) is recruiting newly trained teachers having a diploma in basic education from the general population.
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

1. Must have completed teacher training college of education.
2. Must have diploma in basic education.
3. Must have completed national service.
4. Must have passed teacher licensure examination conducted by NTC.
5. Must be ready to work wherever their services will be needed.

For an applicant to be shortlisted, he/she must meet all the requirements listed above.

GES Recruitment Requirements For Graduate Teachers

The Ghana Education Service (GES) is recruiting Graduate teachers having a Bachelor Degree in education from the general population.
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

1. Must have completed accredited university.
2. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in education.
3. Must have completed national service.
4. Must have passed teacher licensure examination conducted by NTC.
5. Must be ready to work wherever their services will be needed.

For an applicant to be shortlisted, he/she must meet all the requirements listed above.
