Malia Obama was recently seen in Los Angeles with her new boyfriend, Dwight Eklund.
The Daily Mail published pictures of Barack Obama’s daughter maintaining her elegance and spontaneity during her outing on Thursday, August 4th with her new man. The duo visited the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
This is the third time they have been seen together in just nine days.
Who is Dawit Ecklund?
Dawit Eklund is a 32-year-old artist and music producer. Like Malia’s father Barack Obama, the musician has one American father and an African mother.
Dawitt’s father, John Eklund, 72, is a retired State Department officer, and his mother, Yeshe, 66, is from Ethiopia.
The 32-year-old musician is the co-founder of the record label 1432 R. The label specializes in Ethiopian music.
Dawitt is also a registered Democrat.
He has more than 2000 followers on Instagram, but his account is private.

Malia and Dawit kept it casual during their morning walk in Los Angeles. She was wearing loose green pants and a short white shirt. On the other hand, Dawitt was wearing green shorts with a picture of Bob Marley on one side and a light pink shirt.
The duo was previously spotted picking up a fast food order on July 26 and out for a walk together on August 2.
During their last outing, the couple were seen embracing each other with Dawitt’s hand leaning on Malia’s waist. The 24-year-old was seen groping the back of his neck.
The couple share a nine-year age difference, and Dawitt is set to turn 33 next week.

Malia Obama was dated by Rory Farquharson
Malia previously dated fellow Harvard University attendee Rory Farquharson. Back in 2017, TMZ released a video of the former first daughter kissing her then-beau at a Harvard Yale football back door.
In 2018, the pair were seen enjoying a weekend together in Paris. Malia and Rory are seen close together in photos posted by DailyMail.com.
The two also went to Beyoncé’s concert together, which was held at the Stade de Paris.
It is unclear when the pair separated.
