Who is Chef B?

Veronica Shaw, better known as Chef Pii, is a celebrity private chef from Miami.

On her website, she calls herself an “expressionist artist” who has had a passion for cooking since she was eight years old.

She reveals that she was raised by her grandmother who taught her Southern style of cooking and instilled the “importance of precision”.

She adds before saying that she’s always working on expanding her culinary skills: “For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved to experiment with different flavors and colours.

Pii rates start at $25.99 per person for quality catering services, and extend to $75.99 per person and $111 per person for more luxury services.

She also serves specialty and mixed food and lists her contact details so people can book her “creative” food.

“My methods and passion for creating delicious and unique meals really set me apart from the rest,” states Chef Bey.

Thanks to her viral pink sauce, Chef Pii has become internet famous on both Instagram and TikTok.

Her Instagram profile appears to have been temporarily removed at the moment, but she has amassed more than 136,000 followers on the video sharing app.

The condiment is a dipping sauce, such as mayonnaise or ketchup, that is light pink in color and comes in a huge bottle with a light yellow cap.

The main ingredients are sunflower seed oil, dragon fruit, honey, chili peppers and garlic, and many have described it as having a ranch-like taste.

In the comments to one of her old videos, Pii described it as “sweet, hot, and pungent” and is designed to be eaten with just about anything.

On her TikTok, the chef ate it with gyros, fried chicken, cucumber, and plenty of other treats — and it sells for $20 per bottle.

Chef B stops the backlash

The sauce has gone viral with many becoming concerned about its safety, but Pii told Glamor that it is a very new product and thus is going through “trial and error.”

“The Pink Sauce has literally only been a product for 20 days. We’ve been through trial and error like no other business.

In response to people who received damaged bottles of Pink Sauce, she said, “It was our fault. We should have used boxes instead of bags.”

Others worried that the shade of pink appeared to have changed to a lighter pink, which Pii confirmed was that Glamor was intentional.

“When you put a lot of dragon fruit inside, you know, it makes you poop red,” she said. “It’s like you’re eating a lot of beets. So I didn’t want people to like, ‘Oh, my color is pink.'”

“We use it, my kids use it,” she concluded. “They’re creating a problem because I’ve made something great.”
