Newly Trained Teachers Postings to be Released within this week
The Education Minister, his honorable Dr. Yaw Osei Adwutum has revealed that the current crop of graduates from the 46 Colleges of Education in the country who are still awaiting their employment will be posted within this week.
The Education Minister, while answering several Questions from his host, Dr. G.K. Anim-Wright on Ghana’s Premier Television Station GTV on 16th January, 2022 at 7:30 pm GMT, bemoaned the delay in posting Teachers this year but gave his definite assurance to graduates that the Postings will be out within this week.
The Minister has also revealed that, plans are underway to provide special incentives to teachers who are posted to villages and other cottages in the country.
Meanwhile the Ghana Education Service has released the 2022 timetable for basic schools in the country with the Junior High Schools starting normal lesson at 7:30 am in the morning and closing at 4:00pm in the afternoon.
