Information reaching the news desk of Trust Ghana News, indicates that the management of the National Teaching Council has called off the implementation of the teachers portfolio.
The decision has been taken per the difficulty involved with the whole exercise.
The exercise has been called off because Newly Qualified teachers have not been given the due education.
