The Rust Twitch Rivals 2 The competition begins this week, bringing together four teams of forty players and a new set of Rust Twitch Drops for players to win.
Eight items will be available to those who tune in as part of the Rust Twitch Drops event, and there will also be more unlockable rewards throughout August 2022 for those fans who follow certain streams during the second Rust Twitch Rivals competition.

Rust Twitch Rivals 2 Start time and difference
Rust Twitch Rivals 2 event begins on Tuesday, August 9th, at 10AM PT/6PM BST, with competition running over five days and featuring two NA teams and two EMEA teams.
During this time, Rust Twitch drops will be enabled from selected participating channels and well-known banners, such as hJune, Mendo, Welyn, Bchillz, Willjum, and Panpots.
Rewards will also be available to those who tune in and follow the team leaders: Thegrefg, dhalucard, xqc and Disguised Toast.
The broadcast schedule, as confirmed by Twitch Rivals, is as follows:
- Broadcast Day 1: August 9, 10am – 2pm PDT (19:00 – 23:00 CEST)
- Day Two Broadcast: August 10, 10am – 2pm PDT (19:00 – 23:00 CEST)
- Day 3 broadcast: August 11, 10am – 2pm PDT (19:00 – 23:00 CEST)
- Day 4 broadcast: August 12, 10am – 2pm PDT (19:00 – 23:00 CEST)
- Day 5 broadcast: August 13, 10am – 2pm PDT (19:00 – 23:00 CEST).
New Rust Twitch Drops for August 2022
According to the official description of the event, the five days would see the four squads build up their bases and supplies, before attempting to eliminate each other from the third day onwards, with the last man remaining on the fifth.
For those looking to unlock as much loot as possible, you’ll want to make sure you’re watching Rust’s broadcast using the Drops Enabled tag. These will be the only ones that count towards general drops. There will also be live drops that require fans to watch a specific broadcast in order to connect the drop to their channel.
