One of them happened to be Kia’s challenge and an Indian woman recently fell victim to it.
What is the Kia Tik Tok Challenge?
The Kia Challenge is the latest trend where people are trying to operate a KIA car with just a USB cable. The trend highlights how people don’t need a key to start an engine.
The video first became popular on TikTok where two people showed how one could use a USB to run a cake. It wasn’t long before the video grabbed the attention of others.
People were quick to try it out for themselves and some spoke of being successful in doing so.
An Indiana woman falls victim to this
According to Fox 59, an Indiana woman revealed she had fallen victim to the Kia Challenge and realized it after her niece woke her up to tell her her car had crashed.
Fortunately, her car was not taken away. It is not yet clear who was behind the accident. However, Alyssa Smart, who was the victim, claims she may have been a teenager because they stole bikes and Mattein Deo from her parents’ garage. She claims the teens came back to steal her car.
A police report was filled out but no further statements were made.
