What is vabbing?

Vabbing is the strange process of dipping vaginal fluids into your body like perfume in order to attract a sexual partner.

It’s a strange combination of the words “dabbing” and “vagina” that sees women putting their vaginal secretions on pressure points, such as the neck, wrists, and ears, as they do with perfume.

Apparently, people online think that it will make them appear more attractive to a potential partner and basically attract them.

According to Healthline, patting could work in theory because vaginal fluids contain a chemical called pheromones that triggers a social response in another individual.

However, the process of using pheromones to attract a partner is something that only happens in the animal world, not humans – and most people think it’s pretty despicable!

TikTok users vabbing at the gym

The trend of vabbing evolved this week and people are now doing it in the gym. Yes, the gym.

TikTok users rub their fluids on their neck, wrist, and behind the ears before they are about to do a sweaty workout.

True, the gym is a great place to meet a partner, but it’s not the cleanest place at the best of times, with people sweating in buckets and never wiping equipment.

Now, people are commuting at the gym too and the disgusting thought is enough to stop you from walking into a public gym again.

In one viral video, a girl recorded vabbing in the gym for the first time and said “vabbing worked.”

“I did it right before I went to the gym and then that guy hit me while I was working out. Vabbing works!” she said in another clip.

The TikTok user added that she was doing lunges when a man “beaten” her on the treadmill and asked her to get out, so they exchanged numbers.

It may have worked for her, but the majority of netizens think vabbing at the gym is really bad and unhealthy.

Thousands of people use the gym daily and touch the same equipment – and the number of people who actually clean it up after use is minimal.

One person Wrote on Twitter: “I see on tik tok that women vabbing before they go to the gym. I honestly might cry.”

“Vabbing in the gym is bad!!! Like why? It’s so disgusting🤮” added else.

Many vow never to enter the gym again with one person writing: “Well, you found me a new excuse not to take my lazy ass to the gym on TikTok….vabbing.”

“I won’t go back to the gym until vabbing isn’t a thing anymore. Period,” He said else.

third person added: “In 2022, I’ve learned how people ‘vabbing in the gym’ and I may never go to a public gym again.”
