However, the 2022 version, also known as MagicBand+, is much more advanced than its predecessor.

For the inexperienced, Disney MagicBand connects to My Disney experience The mobile app, keeps track of the plans you’ve made for Walt Disney World Vacation at the resort. Bands are very helpful to Disney Resort hotel guests.
With a simple click, wearers can redeem their Lightning Lane selections, enter the resort’s park, unlock your hotel room door, and link Disney PhotoPass photos to their account. You can also ship food and goods to your room.
