When police allegedly noticed Sanders tossing a loaded Sig Sauer P320 45-caliber pistol to the ground outside 808 Miller Ave. In Brooklyn at about 8:05 p.m. on July 6, they detained him for the fourth time.
A spokesperson for the Public Prosecution office noted his “significant criminal past which continues to grow despite court interventions,” a DA spokesperson said.
The spokesman added that he pleaded not guilty to possession of a second-class weapon and ordered his detention without bail.
