See How Much GES Staff Earns After Promotion Exams
Special arrangements are put in place by Ghana Education Service and every year to promote staff and teachers to meet demanding economic challenges and responsibilities people.
This year, Ghana Education Service has released it’s communique regarding teachers who are eligible to apply for promotion.
As much as it is very appropriate and great hearing such news, it is also imperative to know the amount that is added to each person’s salary.
News coming indicates the very small amount of money added to cushion such teachers even after going through a lot of hurdles.

Some people even receive as little as around Thirty Ghana Cedis (30 ) cedis which is very disgraceful.
The most terrible and disgusting thing is that some of the teachers go through interview or examination processes in order to receive such scanty amount at the end of the month.
Trust News would like to draw the attention of Education stakeholders and other Civil Society Organizations to communicate the bizarre practice so as to come to full realization and the needed or right thing be done.
