Bodybuilder Jerry Ward posted YouTube video hours before sudden death

On July 23, NPC promoter Gary Udit revealed that well-known bodybuilder Jerry Ward had suddenly passed away at the age of 46.

Take to Instagram to announce the heartbreaking news. “Sadly today we lost a wonderful friend with the death of Jerry Ward. Jerry passed away suddenly last night,” he wrote.

Jerry was in Pittsburgh, where he worked as a commentator on live broadcasts of NPC’s Teen, Collegiate and Masters Nationals, at the time of his death.

Who was bodybuilder Jerry Ward?

Jerry Ward was a famous 46-year-old bodybuilder, trainer, and coach. He was also the owner of Bios3training and GIFD labs.

His LinkedIn site reveals that he was a citizen of Washington, D.C. and the Baltimore area.

Jerry has also served as the lead judge for the NPC National and IFBB. The bodybuilder’s Instagram reveals that he has also been associated with the Nutrient Solutions business, helping people achieve desired gains.

Through his company Bios3training and GIFD Labs, Jerry has sold various fitness supplements such as multivitamins, metabolic stabilizers, and more.

He also ran a YouTube channel for Bios3training, where he shared his knowledge about nutrition and more.

What happened to Jerry Ward?

At the time of writing, the cause of Jerry’s death has not been officially confirmed, but RX Muscle’s Dave Palumbo said in a YouTube video on July 24 that the bodybuilder believed he pulled a left rib.

Jerry reportedly believed the injury was due to carrying his heavy baggage.

Dave added that Jerry resorted to getting a massage chair, but thought his rib problem got worse after that. He also revealed that Jerry was complaining to him of pain.

Rich advised him to see a doctor, but the bodybuilder decided to sleep instead.

The next morning, promoter Gary Odette found that Jerry had passed away.

Jerry posted a video on YouTube hours before his death

On July 22, Jerry posted a YouTube video titled: “Common sense is dead!”

Addressing the audience’s reaction to his previous video on intermittent fasting, the YouTuber said, “Common sense and reasoning are gone for the time being, and there’s nothing left.”

The YouTuber went on to share his experience with intermittent fasting and how he deals with it. Then he addressed some of the strange comments he received on the previous video.

The video was posted a few hours before the bodybuilder’s death.
