Colombian singer-songwriter Carol J has fans all over the world who are obsessed with her iconic blue hair.
The 31-year-old has had turquoise mermaid hair for almost two years and she pulls it incredibly well.
However, she took to Instagram this week to reveal that she’s ditched her Aqua locks for good.
After keeping everyone in the dark for days, she finally revealed her hair color – and fans are in love!

Carol J is giving up her famous blue hair
After completing the Bichota Reloaded Tour, Karol took to her Instagram Story on Sunday (July 31) to tell us that she’s dyed her hair – heralding the end of the “era of blue hair.”
“I decided it was time to change my blue hair which you all loved as much as I loved you,” she wrote after unpacking photos and videos of her recent travels.
“To say goodbye, my blue hair and I left on vacation to some of the countries on my wish list,” she wrote, sharing photos of herself in different countries.
“We all went in tears because we said goodbye to the past, for some point, I’ll never forget the people I loved so much, the incredible success, and reconnecting with myself,” she continued.
The singer went on to list her accomplishments, including her hit album, first-selling shows, and #1 records before saying she’s skydive, hot air ballooned, taken an African safari and much more this year.
“I want to thank everyone who loved this era. Everyone I lived with, and everything I developed and learned from.”
“I’m definitely ready for what’s to come. The next level has been unblocked. And no, I don’t have blue hair anymore but I know we’ll all love what’s to come.”
She covered her hair in Tomorrowland

However, the singer covered her hair with a long black piece of material during the performance and made fans guess what her hair color is now.
Now, she has finally revealed her new hair on Instagram and the fans are taking off.
The singer debuted a new red hair
On Twitter, a lot of fans were trying to guess the singer’s new hair color, and anyone who guessed red was right.
The singer uploaded an 18-second video to Instagram in which she filmed her window before lifting the camera and showing off her bright red locks.
“Two weeks ago I loved seeing myself like this in the mirror but couldn’t show anyone,” she wrote in the caption.
