Double Shadow Latius
Shadow Latios is a Dragon and Psychic type creature with similar weakness to Bug, Ghost, Ice, Dragon, Dark and Fairy attacks.
Suitable counters to exploit her weakness in the above attacks include Rayquaz, Darkrai, and Salame. You can also use Zekrom and Garchomp pocket monsters.
However, before you encounter Shadow Latias, you’ll need to beat Persian and the rest of Team Rocket Chief’s lineup.
