From what’s been shared so far, coaches have just under seven days before the start of the next event in their area to collect what’s needed to earn the best rewards.
But it’s also worth noting that while the first challenge to the Hisuian Discoveries event group was shared, Niantic always had time to add more.

Pokémon Go Hysuyan Event Collection Challenges
The Pokemon Go Hisuian Discoveries event begins on July 27 at 10 a.m. local time and is scheduled to run until Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 8 p.m. local time.
The event looks set to kick off with a new collection challenge that will include capturing 12 Pokémon so you can unlock rewards.
There is a possibility that more could be added in the future, as Niantic confirmed earlier this month: “The event-themed assembly challenges are coming soon.”
But for now, these are the Pokemon you’ll need to find to complete the current Pokemon Go Hisuian Discoveries Event Collection Challenge:

More stages could be announced as part of a new group challenge launching this week, and fans should stay tuned for the latest information. For now, it looks like trainers will be able to earn these rewards as part of the aforementioned Pokemon collection: 7000XP – 3000 StarDust – Triple Use Egg Incubator.
The new event will also include some additional rewards for players who go through some Ultra Unlocks during the recent Go Fest event in Seattle, with Niantic confirming: “We can’t explain it, but somehow, more Pokémon that were originally discovered in the Hisui area are set to Debut in Pokémon GO!
“Trainers, your fighting spirit has spread across time and space! Through your determination and determination, Ultra Unlock rewards have awakened. Tons of rewards and debut Pokémon await Ultra Unlock: Hisuian Discoveries and Ultra Unlock: Hisuian Discoveries Raid Day.”
