Apparently, Ricky Martin’s 21-year-old nephew has accused him of having an affair and faces up to 50 years in prison if found guilty.

Due to domestic violence that occurred in Puerto Rico earlier this month, a restraining order was issued for the musician. However, the name of the victim was hidden.

A Puerto Rican judge approved the injunction against Martin on July 1, but the complainant’s identity was kept confidential.

Eric Martin’s brother, Eric Martin, identified the complainant as the nephew of artist Dennis Yadiel Sanchez.
When the restraining order was secured under Puerto Rico’s domestic violence laws, Martin and Sanchez had been dating for seven months.

Martin is repeatedly found hiding in front of Sanchez’s house, apparently refusing to accept their breakup.

Sanchez Martin has also been accused of mistreatment of body and mind.
