A TikTok user, who says she’s a nurse, has “cleared the air” with Stranger Things’ Natalia Dyer after one of her videos went viral. This comes after the user explained the cosmetic procedures that the actress can take to improve her appearance.
Last week, a video went viral of a “certified cosmetic nurse” that is an “advanced injector.” The TikTok nurse explained to viewers the various actions she would perform on famous actress Natalia Dyer.
However, many fans were quick to defend the Stranger Things star on social media and in the comments section. Earlier this week, TikToker then uploaded a new video apologizing to her publicly and immediately after the backlash.

TikTok nurse triggers violent reactions from viewers
On July 24, TikToker, which operates an advanced injector in Laguna Beach, California, went live. This was following her video suggesting the different actions she would perform on Stanger Things star Natalia Dyer.
After seeing the backlash the video received from angry fans, Miranda immediately removed it. However, it was subsequently uploaded to other platforms, such as Twitter. Some of the copied clips have reached 14.6 million views.
Miranda began by praising the American actress for her outstanding work on Stranger Things, then listed the various cosmetic procedures she could have.
During the now-deleted one-minute video, I also showed off a photo that was taken with Photoshop. She was supposed to show how her actions will come into force on Natalia.
Fans rush to defend Natalia
Soon after the video went viral, some fans of the actress took to Twitter to express their anger and disappointment. Many felt there was a “lack of respect” TikToker showed the actress, despite being a fan of the Stranger Things star.
Natalia’s fans admired her appearance and reassured her that she was “perfect”.
TikToker uploads a public apology
The next day, Miranda uploaded another video to her followers, and she also addressed Natalia herself.
After calling the actress “absolutely stunning”, she made it clear that her intention was not to cause harm. She said she only used it as an example to highlight the different actions available to her viewers.
Miranda said, “I just wanted to come here to basically clear the air. I didn’t mean to offend anyone, including Natalia. I was simply just making suggestions, not about what you need to do, just about the possibilities.”
Miranda explained that she wanted to “purify the air.” She also wrote: “Hoping to clear the air that I didn’t suggest that Natalia needed any of this work, it was just an example. Of course, Natalia is just amazing the way she is… That’s why she was so successful.”
