However, the new season will be noticeably different from the main series, being an exclusive project of Viacom 18’s Voot streaming platform and available 24/7.
Last night, 16 main contestants from Bigg Boss Kannada OTT Season 1 entered the infamous greenhouse – but who are they and what’s the link to the upcoming 9th season?

- Chitra Halikiri – actress and media star
- Uday Soria – actor and businessman
- Jayashree Aradhya – Actress and Entrepreneur

Where and watch Bigg Boss Kannada OTT
The ninth season of Bigg Boss Kannada will be broadcast live for every single minute of every day, starting August 6th.The tenthVia the Voot app.
Here, viewers can keep up with the latest happenings at the Bigg Boss home in real time as the 42-day competition continues.
Every day, a special episode of that day’s events is broadcast on Voot at 7 PM IST.
Then, on weekends, Sudeep will show special episodes where we see interactions with contestants.
House locations and prize pool include entry to Season 9
Winning the Bigg Boss Kannada OTT Season 1 show will earn contestants 25 Rs Lakh and the OTT Edition Trophy.
However, Bigg Boss Kannada’s top contestants will be entering Season 9, which is set to premiere in October 2022.
The home where the new season will take place is located in the innovative movie city, Bengaluru – the same facility from the original series.
The house has a living room/lounge, one large bedroom, kitchen, garden, bathroom, storage room, smoking room, and a private underground prison used for punishments – and of course the confession room.
