Why the Masaba Masaba S2 hit the ‘target’

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, actors Neil Bhoopalam and Armaan Khera talked about how the Masaba Masaba series came about at just the right time.

Puupalam noted how “It is a fact that Masaba did not act as much during the decade prior to the first season of Masaba Masaba, but that added to its advantage, to have that freshness and not falter or falter in any kind of previous style of performance.”

“Masaba Masaba has come at a time when it can come true. It can’t be released [earlier] Because there was no Netflix at the time, or even when they started that might not have been part of their vision at the time. But now is the time when something like this can come up and it hits the target.” — Neil Poupalam, via Pinkvilla.

Khaira then added how “I saw season one and was like, ‘Wow, a girl can act.’ I love her presence on screen. That’s the first thing I noticed, when you enter it looks like the king. The way she carries herself and the way she is.”
