Queen B’s new album has made waves on streaming platforms with many hit songs like Break My Soul, Alien Superstar, Virgo’s Groove, and more.
The singer’s seventh album was released on Thursday evening, after she confirmed that she had been working on the project for some time.
Cozy is one of the most popular pieces of music on social media and some fans have pointed out that the lyrics are a pride flag.
Beyoncé’s comforting words
Beyoncé Cozy’s song is the second on her seventh album and has already managed to land a comfortable spot on the music charts.
The single and the album as a whole was read by many listeners as an ode to the LGBTQ+ community as he found many references in the song’s lyrics and album cover art.
In the second stanza of Cozy, Queen B sings:
Blue as the soul you crowned
Purple drink high-end gowns
The golden fangs are the shadow that God made
Blue, black, white and brown
Paint the city red like cinnamon
She finished the poetry with the sentence: “Rainbow Gelato on the streets.”
Single fan eagle eye pointed out On Twitter, the words are read as every color of the pride flag. “[Beyoncé] Turn the flag of pride into words,” the fan wrote in the post along with a screenshot of the words.
Well, it’s not just this fan’s guess as Queen B took up the inspiration behind her album and wrote on her website: “Thank you so much Uncle Johnny. He was my godmother and the first person who exposed me to so much of the music and culture that served as inspiration for this album.”
Fans react to the lyrics
Cozy has already landed on top fan lists and many have shared their thoughts on the track on Twitter.
“Cozy is really my favorite because of the rhythms and lyrics,” hung another one.

More about the Renaissance
The renaissance consists of 16 tracks in total, including the previously released Break My Soul, among others titled I’m That Girl, Alien Superstar, and Virgo’s Groove.
Besides the album, Queen B released official merchandise which includes T-shirts, several T-shirts in different prints, stickers, hats, and much more.
Beyoncé has also released two versions of Renaissance vinyl on her website. The first was called a Limited Edition and was sold hours after its release.
The second edition is called Collector’s Edition and it’s still available for $44.98 at this time.
